Widmer Brothers
widmer-bros-co-logoWidmer Brothers Brothers Kurt and Rob Widmer founded Widmer Brothers Brewing Company in 1984, in Portland, Oregon, where people know a thing or two about good beer. Ever since, the Widmer brothers have created deliciously original American and European style beers and have overseen the entire brewing process from fresh grains to finished beers in the proud tradition of craft brewing.

Anheuser-Busch expanded its participation in the microbrew segment by signing a distribution and equity agreement with Widmer Brothers Brewing of Portland, Ore., one of America's leading microbrewers. The alliance allows Anheuser-Busch to expand its participation in the craft/specialty beer segment while providing Anheuser-Busch wholesalers with a unique set of beverages to sell in their local markets.
